Return & Refund Policy
Standard-Rückgaben
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
Defekte oder beschädigte Artikel
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Photos of the damage may be requested for quality control purposes.
B2B-/Großhandelsrückgaben
For bulk orders, return terms are specified in your purchase agreement. Generally, returns for B2B orders are accepted within 15 days of delivery subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. Contact your account manager for specific terms.
Rückerstattungsabwicklung
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
