処理時間

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom/OEM orders may require additional processing time as specified in your order agreement.

配送方法

We offer the following shipping options:

• Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3-7 business days
• Air Freight: 5-10 business days
• Sea Freight (FOB Shenzhen): 20-35 business days

配送料金

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk/B2B orders, shipping terms are negotiated per order. Contact us for a shipping quote.

国際配送

We ship worldwide from our facility in Shenzhen, China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Please check with your local customs office for applicable charges.

注文追跡

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can track your order status through our website or directly on the carrier's tracking page.

遅延・紛失配送
