Product Lines Covered
Our four core lines share the same factory quality system: automatic pet feeders, smart water fountains, self-cleaning litter boxes, and pet grooming devices such as dryers. Wireless and app-controlled models additionally require the radio certification that applies in your market.
Quality Control Process
Every production order passes multi-stage quality control: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection during manufacture, final random inspection before shipment, and checks on packaging and labelling. Inspection records are retained and can be shared on request.
Third-Party Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection by an independent agency such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged at our factory before goods are released for shipping. Tell us which agency and scope you require and we will make the order and documentation available.
How to Request Documents
To receive compliance documents, send the exact model number, the destination market, and the certificate or declaration you need. Where a document is already held for the model we provide it directly; where testing is required it is arranged against the order.
Important Note on Scope
Company-level compliance does not mean every product carries every certificate. Each certificate applies to the specific model and market it was issued for. Always confirm requirements for your exact model and destination before ordering.
