Ordering & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your pet products?

Standard MOQ is 50-100 units per model, depending on the product line. OEM private-label orders start at 1,000 units and ODM projects with new tooling start at 3,000 units. Each product page lists its own MOQ so you can plan quantities before requesting a quote.

Do you accept small trial orders before a bulk order?

Yes. We support sample and small trial orders so buyers can validate quality and market fit before committing to a bulk run. Trial quantities are agreed per product; after a bulk order is placed, sample costs are typically deducted from the final invoice.

How do I request a quotation?

Use the Request OEM Quote form on any product page or the contact form. Include target model, estimated quantity, destination market and any certification requirements. Our sales team replies within 24 hours on business days with pricing, MOQ and lead time.

Can I mix several models in one order to reach the MOQ?

Mixed-model orders are possible for related products in the same category, subject to production scheduling. Where models use different moulds or materials, MOQ is assessed per model. Share your target mix and our sales team will confirm what can be combined.

What information do you need to quote accurately?

We need the target product or model number, estimated order quantity, destination country, required certifications and any customisation (logo, packaging, colour, voltage). Clearer inputs let us quote firm pricing and a realistic production schedule in the first response.

Do you supply products under our own brand name?

Yes. Private-label supply is core to our OEM programme: we manufacture on our existing designs and moulds and apply your logo, packaging and branding. This keeps tooling investment low and lead times short while delivering your brand to market.

Is there a minimum contract or exclusivity requirement?

No long-term contract is required to place an order. Exclusivity is available for ODM projects with dedicated tooling, where the design is developed for your brand. Terms are agreed case by case during the ODM discussion.

Can you handle repeat orders with consistent quality?

Yes. Repeat orders run against the same approved specification, materials and production process, with the same multi-stage quality control applied each time. Approved samples and inspection records are retained so subsequent batches match the original.

OEM & Private Label

What does OEM mean at your factory?

In our context OEM means producing on our existing moulds and designs and applying your brand, logo and packaging. It requires no new tooling investment, so MOQ starts at 1,000 units and lead time is typically 15-25 working days for private-label production.

What customisation is available for OEM orders?

Available customisation includes logo printing, custom packaging and gift boxes, colour selection where the process allows, product manuals in your language, and market-specific plugs or voltage for electrical products. The exact options depend on the model and are confirmed at quotation.

Can you print our logo on the product and packaging?

Yes. Logo application is available on the product, the retail box and inserts. We can work from your artwork or provide layout support. Print method and placement are confirmed against the mould and material at the sampling stage.

Can you produce packaging in our own language?

Yes. We produce retail packaging and manuals in the language of your target market, including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese. Text is reviewed against your brand guidelines before mass production.

Do you provide product manuals and inserts?

Yes. Each product ships with a manual that can be branded and translated for your market. Inserts such as warranty cards or quick-start guides can be added. Content is confirmed during sampling so packaging matches the final product.

What electrical standards can you supply for different markets?

For powered products we supply the plug type, voltage and frequency required by your target market, with the corresponding power adaptor configuration. Confirm the destination country at quotation so the correct specification is built into the order.

Can you match our brand's colour and finish?

Where the moulding process allows, we can match a target colour using a Pantone reference. Finish options depend on the material and tooling. Colour matching is confirmed with a physical sample before mass production to avoid batch variation.

How do you protect our brand assets and artwork?

Brand artwork, logos and packaging files are used only for your orders and are not shared with other customers. We can sign an NDA before discussing designs. Files are stored on controlled systems and returned or deleted on request at the end of a project.

ODM & Custom Development

What does ODM mean at your factory?

ODM means developing a new product or a new mould exclusively for your brand. It covers design, tooling and production, so MOQ starts at 3,000 units and lead time is typically 30-45 working days including tooling. The resulting design is developed for your programme.

Who owns the tooling and the design in an ODM project?

Tooling developed and paid for under an ODM programme belongs to the buyer, with the terms set out in the ODM agreement. We do not resell a mould or design created exclusively for your brand. Ownership and transfer conditions are documented before tooling begins.

Can you develop a product from our concept or sketch?

Yes. Share a concept, sketch, reference sample or specification and our engineering team will assess feasibility, propose a design direction and confirm the tooling required. A development plan with milestones and costs follows before tooling is committed.

Do you sign an NDA before development discussions?

Yes. We can execute a mutual NDA before exchanging design files, concepts or commercial details. This protects both parties during evaluation. Send the NDA with your initial enquiry and we will review and sign it before the technical discussion.

How long does ODM development take end to end?

Typical ODM projects run 30-45 working days including tooling, which covers design confirmation, tooling, trial samples and mass production. More complex electronics or multi-part products may take longer. A milestone schedule is provided at project start.

Can we start with OEM and move to ODM later?

Yes. Many buyers launch with an OEM private-label product to test the market and then invest in ODM tooling for differentiation. Moving to ODM uses the same quality process and supplier relationship, with dedicated tooling and design developed for your brand.

What tooling and development costs should we expect?

Tooling cost depends on part count, mould complexity and material. We provide a written tooling quotation for the specific project rather than a generic figure, so you can assess return on investment. Tooling is a one-off cost amortised across your production volume.

Do you provide design files or prototypes during ODM?

Yes. During ODM development we provide 3D visuals, technical drawings and physical prototypes or trial samples for your approval at each milestone. Sign-off is required before tooling is cut, so the delivered product matches the approved design.

Samples & Lead Time

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available for most products. Sample cost and courier shipping are at the buyer's expense and are typically credited against your first bulk order, so evaluating quality carries little net cost.

How long do samples take to dispatch?

Sample dispatch is typically 5-7 working days for stock models. Customised samples, including logo or packaging changes, take longer because they require a production step. Exact timing is confirmed when your sample request is placed.

What is the standard production lead time?

Standard orders are produced in about 15-30 days. OEM private-label projects typically take 15-25 working days, and ODM projects with new tooling take 30-45 working days including tooling. Peak season may extend lead times, so book early for Q4.

Can you expedite an urgent order?

Expedited production is sometimes possible depending on current factory capacity, material availability and the customisation required. Tell us your target arrival date and we will confirm whether an accelerated schedule can be met without compromising quality control.

How is lead time counted?

Lead time counts from confirmation of order and receipt of deposit, not from the initial enquiry. Customised or new-tooling orders begin after design or sample approval. We confirm the start point in writing so expectations are aligned.

Do you hold stock for fast repeat orders?

For selected fast-moving models we can hold buffer stock under an agreed arrangement so repeat orders ship faster. Availability depends on the model. Discuss a stocking plan with our sales team if speed of reorder is critical to your business.

What happens if a shipment is delayed?

We monitor production milestones and inform you as early as possible if a delay is likely, along with the reason and a revised date. Our aim is to flag issues before the shipping date so you can adjust your own planning and promotions.

Quality, Certification & Compliance

What certifications do your pet products carry?

Our products are CE, RoHS and FCC compliant and our factory is SGS audited, meaning independent third-party inspection of our manufacturing operation. Certificates apply to the specific model and market, so confirm the exact documentation you need at quotation.

Can you provide CE certification for the European market?

Yes. Where a product falls within EU directives, we provide the applicable CE documentation for that model. The relevant directives depend on the product type, such as electrical safety or electromagnetic compatibility. Confirm your target EU country at quotation.

Do you supply RoHS and REACH documentation?

Yes. RoHS compliance documentation and REACH declarations for restricted substances are available for the models concerned. These are supplied against a specific model number, so provide the model and destination market when requesting documents.

Is FCC certification available for the USA?

Yes. For electronic and wireless products we provide FCC documentation covering the relevant equipment class. Wireless features such as Wi-Fi or app control require the corresponding radio certification. Confirm the model and US channel at quotation.

What quality control steps are applied before shipment?

Every order passes multi-stage quality control: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection during production, final random inspection before shipment, and checks on packaging and labelling. Inspection records are retained and can be shared on request.

Can an order be inspected by a third party before shipment?

Yes. We support third-party pre-shipment inspection by an agency of your choice, such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek. We make the goods and documentation available at the factory for inspection before the order is released for shipping.

How do you handle a quality defect after delivery?

Report defects with photos and batch details as soon as they are found. We investigate against the approved specification and inspection records, then agree a remedy such as replacement, credit or corrective action on the next production run, per the order terms.

What materials are used in your pet products?

Materials vary by product and include food-contact-safe plastics where relevant, stainless steel components, and BPA-free materials for feeding and drinking lines. Material declarations are available for the specific model you are evaluating.

Do you comply with EU and US packaging regulations?

We follow the packaging and labelling requirements applicable to the destination market, including the responsible-entity information required for EU sales. Provide your target market and we will confirm what is printed on the retail packaging.

Can you provide a test report for a specific batch?

Batch-level test reports are available for models where testing has been carried out, tied to the model number and production period. Request the specific document you need and we will confirm availability or arrange testing where it is not already held.

Shipping, Payment & After-Sales

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship by sea freight, air freight and express courier such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. The best method depends on order size, urgency and destination. We can quote FOB Shenzhen or assist with arranging freight to your port.

What are your standard Incoterms?

Our standard term is FOB Shenzhen. Other terms such as EXW, CIF or DDP can be discussed depending on your freight arrangements and destination. Confirm the term you want at quotation so pricing and responsibilities are clear.

Do you ship to my country?

We supply buyers worldwide, including the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and Asia. Shipping time and documentation depend on the destination. Provide your country and we will confirm transit options and required paperwork.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank wire transfer, PayPal and credit card. For first-time orders a deposit is typically required, with the balance settled before shipment. Payment terms for repeat customers can be discussed with our sales team.

What deposit is required for a new order?

A deposit of around 30% is typical for first-time orders, with the balance due before shipment. The exact terms depend on order value and history. Confirming the deposit schedule at order stage keeps production scheduling predictable for both sides.

Can you help arrange freight or documentation?

Yes. We can arrange freight forwarding and prepare export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list and the certificate of origin where required. Tell us your destination and preferred Incoterm and we will confirm the paperwork set.

How do you handle shipping damage or losses?

Report any damage or shortage with photos and the carrier's documents as soon as the shipment is received. We review packaging and loading records and work with the carrier. Claims are handled according to the agreed Incoterm and insurance arrangements.

Do you provide after-sales technical support?

Yes. We provide technical support for installation, operation and troubleshooting of our products. For volume buyers we can supply troubleshooting guides and spare-part recommendations. Contact details are included in the product documentation.

Can we visit your factory before ordering?

Yes. We welcome factory visits so you can review production, quality control and testing in person. Arrange your visit in advance with our sales team so we can schedule the relevant production lines and engineering staff for your assessment.

Working With Us

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is based in Shenzhen, China, with access to one of the region's strongest electronics and manufacturing supply chains. This location supports both fast tooling and efficient export shipping from major ports in southern China.

What types of buyers do you supply?

We supply importers, wholesalers, distributors, pet brand owners and e-commerce sellers. Buyers typically source for resale under their own brand or for their retail and online channels, in markets across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and Asia.

What product categories do you manufacture?

We manufacture smart pet hardware across four main lines: automatic pet feeders, smart water fountains, self-cleaning litter boxes, and pet grooming devices such as dryers. Related accessories and replacement parts are also available for these lines.

Can you support buyers new to importing from China?

Yes. We guide first-time importers through samples, MOQ, payment terms, inspection and shipping so the process is clear at each step. Our team answers questions throughout the order rather than leaving you to manage unfamiliar procedures alone.

Do you offer a product catalogue?

Yes. A product catalogue covering our current models can be supplied on request. It lists specifications and MOQ per model. Share your target category and market so we can send the most relevant catalogue and pricing information.

How do you keep pricing competitive for volume buyers?

Pricing reflects production scale, material choice and the level of customisation. Larger volumes and stable annual forecasts allow better material planning and unit pricing. Share your forecast so we can propose the most efficient terms.

What makes your factory a suitable OEM partner?

We combine in-house manufacturing in Shenzhen, established moulds for fast private-label production, an SGS-audited facility, and a documented quality process. That combination supports buyers who need consistent supply under their own brand without building a factory.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Our sales team responds to enquiries within 24 hours on business days. Include as much detail as possible about model, quantity, market and certifications so the first reply can carry real pricing and lead-time information rather than a request for more detail.
